PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device capable of easily performing operations of coupling and separating balance members. SOLUTION: A pair of first and second coupling members 8a and 8b are attached to opposing ends of a plurality of the balance members 7a and 7b, respectively, the first coupling members 8a is provided with a fitting shaft 12, the second coupling member 8b has a fitting hole 13 fittable with the fitting shaft 12; and the first and second coupling members 8a and 8b are provided with maintenance devices which maintain states of fitting the fitting shaft 12 into the fitting hole 13, respectively.
