PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular binder sprayed on a water containing deposited material of glass strand, and the binder containing water, not attached to the deposited material, for use with unused binder at a high mixing ratio, further the reclaimed binder for use in a single use form, and to provide a glass fiber mat having equal quality and a method for producing the same, and a molded ceiling material for automobile. SOLUTION: The granular binder combines glass strands each other, and contains 0.025 to 1.0 mass% of static eliminating powder. The glass fiber mat is composed of a plurality of glass strands mutually integrated by the granular binder. The method for producing the glass fiber mat 1 includes attaching the granular binder on the deposited glass strand, softening the granular binder, and cooling and solidifying to make joints after melting. The molded ceiling material for automobile is obtained by attaching the glass fiber mat 1 to at least a surface of a foamed resin sheet. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
