PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid machine capable of improving production efficiency and maintainability while securing performance, and achieving miniaturization. SOLUTION: The fluid machine (14,102,108) includes: a plurality of fluid units (16, 20) having rotors (40, 66) and adapted to perform the inflow and outflow of a working fluid accompanied by the rotation of the rotor; and a drive shaft (72) to which the respective rotors of the plurality of fluid units are connected, where an Oldham's coupling (85) is provided between the rotors of the drive shaft.
