PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column base structure having excellent dynamic performance. SOLUTION: In the column base structure in which a circular concrete-filled steel pipe column formed by filling concrete in a circular steel pipe is joined to a concrete base, (i) high strength deformed reinforcements capable of securing strength by the small cross section are disposed in the concrete at equal intervals on the same circumference, and tightened with shearing-resistant reinforcements at specified intervals in the longitudinal direction, and (ii) the upper ends of the high strength deformed reinforcements are fixed to the inside of the concrete filled in the column and the lower ends thereof are fixed to the concrete base.
