PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniaxial eccentric screw pump capable of preventing a crack on a stator and the damage of the stator even if the pump is used in a situation that volume efficiency η becomes lower than 1 such as the case that a high viscosity fluid is pressurized and fed. SOLUTION: Since an inner diameter of a through hole 22 is expanded as it goes to a first opening 14a side functioning as a delivery port in a stator 20 constituting a pump 10 and an outer diameter of a section formed in an external screw shape is reduced as it goes to a tip which is at a delivery side in a rotor 30, interference does not become excessive and the crack and damage of an inner wall surface of the stator 20 are prevented even if pressure acts on a delivery side end of the stator 20 when the pump 10 is operated for transferring the high viscosity fluid and the like.
