The present invention relates to a hot runner valve apparatus for an injection molder. With the valve apparatus of the present invention, in order to move a valve pin that is in a raised or lowered state to the opposite position, when a rotor of a bidirectional motor rotates without load, an elevating screw shaft screwed and fastened thereto is connectedly rotated by one revolution, after which one end (striker pin) thereof strikes one side (stopper pin) of a coupler to which the valve pin is connected to generate an impact and to simultaneously suppress the rotation of the elevating screw shaft, and resultantly the valve pin can overcome the stopping resistance received in a stationary state (frictional resistance from a supporting element such as a bushing supporting the valve pin, frictional resistance when fitted in an outlet, etc.), thus ensuring reliability in a secure elevating operation. |
