The device (20) has a fixing body (25) i.e. fixing socket, comprising a tubular segment (32) that is rotatably supported around a rotation axis relative to the fixing body and another tubular segment (31). A sensor is fixed at the former segment. A measuring axis and the rotation axis enclose an angle of 45 degree. The former segment is pivoted relative to the latter segment around another rotation axis, where the latter rotation axis encloses an angle of 45 degree with a third rotation axis. The segments are made of metal foam i.e. aluminum foam.
