<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix an outdoor fixed object by making a fixing member similar in length to a conventional fixing member easily and firmly engaged with a corroded portion of a bolt for fixing the outdoor fixed object. <P>SOLUTION: This method for fixing the outdoor fixed object 5 using the bolt 2 is characterized in that: a male screw 2a of the corroded portion of the bolt 2 is inserted through a through-hole 7a of the fixing member 7 in which the through-hole 7a with dimension attachable to the male screw 2a of the bolt 2 is formed; and an inner peripheral surface of the through-hole 7a of the fixing member 7 is engaged with the male screw 2a of the corroded portion of the bolt 2 by compressively and plastically deforming the fixing member 7 toward the male screw 2a; the fixing member 7 is engaged with the bolt 2, thus fixing the outdoor fixed object 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
