<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem in a conventional management strategy simulation game system: the evaluation point of a less important plan may be excessively reflected since it is not easy to comprehend relations between a plan and management resources or detailed connection between plans even if comparison is carried out between the areas enclosed by a polygonal line of a radar chart, and weighting cannot be performed between plans. <P>SOLUTION: A management strategy simulation game system includes: an angle setting means for a user to register a value in the data items of a basic central angle and an individual central angle from an input screen; a radar chart drawing means for sequentially assigning the data (1st to n-th) of combinations of respective plan to an area between adjacent axes of a radar chart having n axes outwardly extending from the center of a circle and determining the angle between the adjacent axes in accordance with the value of the individual central angle.
