<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a towel improving a massage effect through providing a user with a sense of press (stiffness) on a sense of "rather soft" through improving a sense of press (stiffness) of a touch on the skin with a simple fold structure when washing of the back or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In a long fabric, the fabric is folded perpendicularly in a longitudinal direction to be saw edge shapes to form folded projections on both faces. Pieces of the fabric are inserted in parts of the projections or in each inside of the projection to form cores. Parts forming the projections and lapped are perpendicularly sewn up.
