PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent heat and noises, generated by an engine etc., from being transmitted to an operator; and to enhance working efficiency by enabling the storage of a large amount of fuel so as to prolong an operating time. SOLUTION: A floor 15, which covers an engine 6, a control valve 11, etc. and which is provided with a driver's seat 26 for the seating of the operator, is provided on a revolving frame 5; and a storage container 22 (fuel storage section 23), which is positioned between the engine 6 and the control valve 11, and the driver's seat 26 so as to store the fuel 24, is provided on the floor 15. Thus, the heat and the noises, which are generated by the engine 6 and the control valve 11, can be blocked by the storage container 22 (fuel storage section 23) provided on the floor 15, and the fuel 24. Additionally, the large amount of fuel 24 can be stored in the fuel storage section 23 which is provided in the wide range of the floor 15; and the operating time of a hydraulic excavator 1 can be prolonged.
