PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a separate part and a molded article with a pad are displaced relatively, a structure fails to present a uniform appearance between a level difference and a gap of an opening of the separate part (20) and the molded article with a pad (10). SOLUTION: A vehicular interior part 100 has an opening ring 120 at the back surface of a skin part 111 without interposing a urethane part 113 so as to hold the mounting opening 115 of an instrument panel 110, and a mounting seat 131 on a ventilator 130 arranged so as to block the mounting opening 115.
