PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide member assembly capable of preventing a slide member from moving, during transportation, without using any temporary fixing member. SOLUTION: The slide member assembly is assembled by including a base (6) and a slide member (5) that faces the base and is movable between a first position and a second position along a predetermined locus. The slide member assembly includes a stopper (7) which is provided in either the base or the slide member and has flexibility in a direction different from a moving direction of the slide member, and an engaging part (5d) which is provided in the other and engaged with the stopper, while the slide member is at the second position, to apply resistance to movement of the slide member. While the slide member is at a third position between the first position and the second position on the predetermined locus, the stopper is abutted to an end (5m), that becomes a head when moving the slide member toward the second position, in a free state to regulate the movement of the slide member toward the second position.
