PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labyrinth type sealing water device enabling easy replacement of the sealing liner according to a state of damage and wear of the sealing liner, and enabling easy adjustment of height (number of irregularity) of the sealing liner even if quantity of water leak from a sealing water device increases. SOLUTION: This labyrinth type sealing water device includes a donut (annular) flat plate mounting base which is fixed on a hydraulic turbine upper cover and through which the hydraulic turbine main shaft is inserted, and a cylindrical sealing water part fixed on the mounting base through a fixing shaft. The sealing water part is formed of the sealing liner composed by alternately laminating a plurality of liner plates and holding plates formed in donut (annular) flat shapes of mutually different in inner diameters in such a manner that they can be separated.
