PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous acrylic resin composition which hardly agglomerates even under high speed shearing, is excellent in machinery stability, and allows easy washing of a roll after its use. SOLUTION: The aqueous resin composition includes an acrylic resin emulsion, 0.05-2 wt.% of the solid content of a surfactant having an HLB of 15.5 to 17, and 0.05-2 wt.% of urea.
