PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a small bag packed with desiccant agent or the like to be mounted within a packe in which objects to be packed are filled in sequence by a bagging apparatus. SOLUTION: A packing 10 supported by a pair of holding claws 11 in a first station A is charged with objects to be packed 13. In a mounting section B, a clamp 20 supported on a shaft 23 holds a small bag 15 to be separated from the strip 16, carries it within the packing 10 along a direction indicated by an arrow 24 by the rotating force of a shaft 22, and inserts the side edge of the small bag 15 into constrictive V-shaped gap 28 in a wedgelike manner for supporting. At a succeeding seal station, the topmost opening edge of the packing 10 and the topmost edge of the small bag 15A are integrally fusion-bonded, so as for the small bag to be mounted.
