PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control system that properly performs communication even if noise exists in a communication area. SOLUTION: When a radio wave different from a radio signal from a mobile unit 20 is received by an apparatus-side receiving circuit 13, an apparatus-side microcomputer 11 of a communication control apparatus 10 changes a receiving frequency of the apparatus-side receiving circuit 13, and transmits from an apparatus-side transmitting circuit a request signal including a frequency command code for transmitting a radio signal from the mobile unit 20 at the changed frequency. A mobile-side microcomputer 21 of the mobile unit 20 receives the request signal, thereby sets a frequency of a radio signal to be transmitted from a mobile-side transmitting circuit 23 to a frequency based on the frequency command code included in the request signal.
