PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil dilution ratio determining device for an internal combustion engine operated with a bio-diesel fuel and/or light oil which are/is led to the combustion chamber solely or together, capable of determining accurately the oil dilution ratio with the bio-diesel fuel in the oil. SOLUTION: Diesel engine 10 is operated with the bio-diesel fuel and/or light oil which are/is led to the combustion chamber 24 together or solely, and an oxygen concentration sensor 30 is provided to sense the oxygen concentration in the oil contained in an oil pan 28, whereby the oil dilution ratio with the bio-diesel fuel is determined on the basis of the oxygen concentration in the oil sensed by the sensor 30.
