PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding for medical use having well-balanced stiffness, impact resistance and transparency, and satisfying the quality of dialysis fluid supply sections and dialysis fluid circuits, and the testing method 1(2) specified in the Production Acceptance Criteria for Dialysis-type Artificial Kidney Apparatuses. SOLUTION: The molding for medical use includes a propylene resin composition comprising 100 pts.wt. of a mixture containing 60-99 pts.wt. of a propylene polymer (a) and 1-40 pts.wt. of a polyethylene (b), wherein the MFR ratio of the polyethylene (b) to the propylene polymer (a) is 0.05-1.2, compounded with 0.1-0.6 pts.wt. of a nucleating agent (A) represented by a chemical structure (1), which is sterilized by radiation.
