PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant voltage supply device which prevents a transient voltage higher than a set voltage from appearing on an output voltage when power is turned on. SOLUTION: The constant voltage supply device includes: a constant voltage formation part (10) for generating a constant voltage from a circuit power supply (Vdd); an output part (20) for generating an output voltage corresponding to the constant voltage on a circuit output terminal (P21); an output detection part (30) for feeding back a part of the output voltage to a constant voltage part at a preset rate; a temporary output suppression part (40) connected between the circuit output terminal (P21) and a device output terminal (OUT) to temporarily suppress an output voltage (VR) according to a command signal (VRGDIS); and a control part for supplying the command signal (VRGDIS) to the temporary output suppression part (40) during a period including a rise portion of the output voltage (VR) when the circuit power supply (Vdd) is turned on; wherein, the temporary output suppression part (40) includes a transistor and a resistor which are connected to each other in parallel and the command signal (VRGDIS) is supplied to the transistor.
