PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dicing tape having an adhesive layer curable by ultraviolet irradiation even under the atmosphere. SOLUTION: The dicing tape is provided with an ultraviolet curable adhesive layer on an ultraviolet transmitting base film, wherein the adhesive layer contains a photopolymerization initiator, acrylic resin composition having carbon-carbon double bonds, and in addition, polythiol. The ultraviolet curable resin composition is such resin composition composed of a polymer having carbon-carbon double bonds at polymer side chains, or in main chains, or at ends of main chains, or such resin composition in which ultraviolet curable resin such as ultraviolet curable monomer or/and oligomer components are mixed in a regular adhesive.
