A system and method that enable the processing of seismic data. In one embodiment, a system (20) comprises a plurality of processing nodes (28) and a server (26). The plurality of processing nodes (28) are configured to process seismic data for migration (36). The server (26) is operatively linked to each of the plurality of processing nodes (28) to enable communication between the server (26) and the processing nodes (28). The server (26) may manage a set of stored beam tables (22) that can be accessed by the processing nodes (28) in order to process seismic data.
