<p>A transparent electrocardiac electrode (19) for detecting an electric signal relating to an electrocardiac signal by means of capacitive coupling and a transparent insulating film (20) are provided above light emitting elements (8, 9) and light receiving element (10) for detecting a light detection signal relating to a photoplethysmographic signal. When the user touches a touch surface (20A) of the transparent insulating film (20) with a finger of the user, an electric signal relating to the electrocardiac signal is detected by means of the transparent electrocardiac electrode (19), reflected light of the detection light with which the finger of the user is irradiated by the light emitting elements (8, 9) is received by the light receiving element (10), and a light detection signal corresponding to the reflected light is detected. An electrocardiac signal is obtained from the electric signal detected from the transparent electrocardiac electrode (19), a photoplethysmographic signal is obtained from the light detection signal and so forth, and bioinformation is generated using these electrocardiac signal and photplethysmographic signal.</p> |
