<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solid electrolyte battery, capable of reducing the number of membranous layers, and obtaining good characteristics, and the solid electrolyte battery. <P>SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the solid electrolyte battery has a laminate forming process to form a laminate wherein a lower collector layer 12, an intermediate layer 13, and an upper collector layer 14 are laminated in this order on a substrate 11, and a process to apply a voltage to the laminate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
