<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein if a livelihood-related type device is temporarily sold to a consumer and installed and becomes a target of product security, considerable time and efforts may be required to grasp the device and, in particular, it is extremely difficult to find out a user domestically due to the user not having registered the device. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless communication means 10a of a device 15 receives from each base station a coordinate confirmation communication signal and measures the signal intensity, error rate, or the like, from the coordinate confirmation communication signal; and the measured data of the signal strength, the error rate, and the like, are temporarily stored in a storage means 10c and periodically redirected to respective base stations 100, 200, 300. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
