<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator for stably providing an oscillation output of a terahertz band frequency. <P>SOLUTION: Numeral 13 denotes a line section. The line section is set up to electrically connect a resonant section 12 and a capacitor section 19 in parallel using a first conductor 16. A capacity 23 is connected to a capacity 22 and a resistor 21 electrically in parallel. In addition, a resistor section is provided to be arranged electrically in parallel to the capacity 23. The resistor section is electrically connected to the first conductor 16 and a third conductor 18, in which the resistor section has resistance 24 and is connected such that a first position 31 (a port 1) of the resonant section 12 and a second position 32 (a port 2) of the capacitor section 19 may be electrically substantially-equivalent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
