<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a user must manually move a cover and a toilet seat, and to provide an automatic toilet seat cleaning device capable of keeping the toilet seat of a toilet clean at any time. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic toilet seat cleaning device is installed above a toilet bowl, and includes the cover and the toilet seat. By utilizing an infrared sensor, the cover is automatically opened when the user is approaching and is automatically closed after using the toilet. A toilet seat cleaning unit provided on the cover can automatically cleans the inner edges of the toilet seat and the toilet bowl.
