<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light grip with low density which gives a supreme feeling and an impact absorbability by transmitting vibration to the hand of a user with high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: In a grip of a product, particularly the grip used in a handle of a bicycle, the grip includes a multi-layer grip member. The outer layer of the grip member preferably includes a thin layer impregnated with polyurethane. The outer layer of the grip member may be attached to an inside base layer.
