<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus allowing rapid setup of a BIOS (Basic Input/Output System), and having improved security related to setting of the BIOS. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus includes: a display part displaying various kinds of information; and a touch panel installed on a display face of the display part and performed with input corresponding to a contact operation. In the information processing apparatus, a setup program for the BIOS is executed when input from the touch panel is continuously performed for a prescribed time or above in a state that an execution screen of a POST (Power-On Self Test) program is displayed on the display face of the display part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
