PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for the indication of a multi-axis photoelectric sensor which is easy for confirmation of output state and specifying a unit that causes light shielding in the case of making a protection fence with a plurality of the multi-axis photoelectric sensor units. SOLUTION: Three projectors connected in series and three light receivers paring with the three projectors are provided with light axis control and indication parts and power indication lamps, respectively. When light is shielded at the second unit L2, the light axis control and indication parts of the projector and light receiver belonging to the second unit L2 indicate a light shielding state. On the other hand, the light axis control and indication parts of the units L1 and L3 indicate a light incidence state. Also, the power indication lamps of the all projectors and light receivers connected in series indicate off- state of power. |
