PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely switch restriction passages, and to simplify a structure in a vibration control device switching a plurality of the restriction passages in accordance with an input vibration frequency band. SOLUTION: A third restriction passage 35 is formed between a peripheral groove 33 almost encircling an outer periphery of a partition member 30 and a lower film 18. A first restriction passage 36 is configured to pass through the partition member 30 along an axial direction S. A second restriction passage 40 is configured to pass through the partition member 30 along the axial direction S at a corresponding position while fastening the first restriction passage 36 of the partition member 30.
