<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that manufacturing cost of a conventional precast soldier beam for earth retaining is increased. <P>SOLUTION: A soldier beam 1 for earth retaining is form of precast concrete. Its skeleton has a cross-sectional shape of a rectangle while L-shaped steel materials 2 are fixed to both ends of the side of the soldier beam 1.
