PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion control device for a vehicle capable of executing reliable vehicle stability control by compensating responsiveness of a brake actuator by preliminary control capable of suppressing an uncomfortable feeling to a driver. SOLUTION: A first state quantity is calculated based on an actual turning state quantity, an over steer tendency of the vehicle is identified based on this first state quantity, and a vehicle stability control for suppressing the over steer tendency is executed. Moreover, a second state quantity different from the first state quantity is calculated based on the actual turning state quantity of the vehicle, the over steer tendency of the vehicle is identified based on this second state quantity, and preliminary control for compensating the responsiveness of the vehicle stability control is executed.
