PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery unit which is mainly used for various electronic equipment and can surely perform electrical connection and disconnection at low cost. SOLUTION: In the battery unit, when a terminal 10 on equipment side is connected with an electrode 8 by forming retension layers 14A, 14B with designated height between a plurality of lands 3A, 3B below the electrode 8 whose both ends are soldered, such manufacture can be easily carried out without having time and effort for removing a solder ball since pressing to the electrode 8 caused by a welding rod 11 is prevented by the retension layers 14A, 14B and generation of a solder ball or the like can be prevented. The battery unit capable of preventing short circuit between terminals of a switching element 5 and a control element 6 and surely performing electrical connection and disconnection can be obtained.
