PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To handle sound information having a format originally different from that of an image as one file for a still image. SOLUTION: An image file generator 1 includes: a drawing means 21 to generate a figure related to a sound signal; an image generation means 15 to generate a still image based on the generated figure; a file generation means 15 to generate a file of a format handling a plurality of still images in one file; and a control means 15 to control the file generation means 15 to include the generated still images in a file.
