PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact liquid crystal display device having two liquid crystal display panels and capable of achieving the optimum driving method to reduce consumption of electric power. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device includes the first liquid crystal display panel, the second liquid crystal display panel, a driving circuit provided in the first liquid crystal display panel, an output terminal which is provided in the first liquid crystal display panel and in which a signal to be output from the driving circuit is supplied, and a connection wire for connecting the output terminal with the second liquid crystal display panel.
