PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom filter device for infiltration which can be inexpensively installed by post-construction in an existing water collecting facility without a filter on the bottom. SOLUTION: The bottom filter device 1 for infiltration comprising a filter frame 2, a filter 5, and a filter lid 6 is press-fitted into a through hole formed at the bottom of the existing water collecting facility. The filter frame 2 is composed of a cylindrical body 3 having a bottom 7 at one end side and having an opening 8 at the other end side and a flange 4 provided around a side edge of the opening 8. A plurality of projected streaks 10a, 10b extending in the depth direction of the through hole 21 are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the body 3 at regular intervals, whereby the press-fitted filter device 1 is surely fixed to the through hole. The filter lid 6 is detachably mounted by making projected parts 12 formed on the outer peripheral surface engaged with the recessed grooves 11 formed at the inner peripheral surface of the filter frame 2.
