PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an image corrected to some extent to be acquired immediately after radiation imaging prior to acquiring a final image, to enable the image corrected to some extent to be confirmed and to improve the workflow of a user to widely shorten a waiting time for re-imaging. SOLUTION: The method includes: a step to detect radiation from a subject by a radiation detector to acquire the radiographic image of the subject; a step to acquire first characteristics data representing the characteristics of the radiation detector; a step to apply first correction to the radiographic image using the first characteristics data; a step to display the corrected radiographic image; a step to acquire second characteristics data which expresses the characteristics of the radiation detector and is based on measurement frequency larger than that of the first characteristics data; and a step to apply correction to the radiographic image using the second characteristics data.
