PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning solution circulating device for electrodeposition coating capable of removing well magnetic powder, etc. mixed in a cleaning solution recovered in a cleaning solution storage tank through a cleaning solution recovery outlet in a cleaning lane. SOLUTION: In the cleaning solution circulation device, a magnetic masking implement 10 forming a non-coated part 6 around a bolt hole 3 is adhered preliminarily to one side surface of the cover member 1 before a metal-made cover member 1 is subjected to electrodeposition coating. While the cover member 1 in this state is suspended from a hanger 32 and transferred to the cleaning lane 30, the cleaning solution is supplied from the cleaning solution storage tank 60 to a cleaning nozzle pipe 35 in the cleaning lane 30 and sprayed onto the cover member 1 from a spray outlet 36 to clean. On the other hand, the cleaning solution is recovered from the cleaning solution recovery outlet 41 of the cleaning lane 30 and returned to the cleaning solution storage tank 60. A magnetic powder removal filter 71 and a foreign matter removal filter 80 removing foreign matter are arranged between the cleaning solution recovery outlet 41 and the cleaning nozzle pipe 35.
