PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejector vacuum pump capable of keeping a vacuum suction force generated in an ejector at a predetermined value. SOLUTION: Vapor using equipment (not shown) is connected to the ejector 4 via condensate drain pipes 1, 2. A branch pipe 8 is connected to the branch of the condensate drain pipe 1. A three-way selector valve 3 and a heat exchanger 14 are mounted in the branch pipe 8. The three-way selector valve 3 is connected at one outlet 15 directly to the ejector, and connected at the other outlet 16 via the heat exchanger 14 to the ejector 4. The ejector 4, a tank 5 and a liquid circulation pump 6 are connected together via circulation paths 10. When the temperature of condensate from the condensate drain pipe 1 is higher than a predetermined value, the three-way selector valve 3 is opened at the outlet 16 to supply the high temperature condensate to the heat exchanger 14, thus keeping a vacuum suction force generated in the ejector 4 at the predetermined value.
