STATOR STRUCTURE FOR THREE-PHASE MOTOR

A stator structure for a three-phase motor comprises a stator core (1), coil windings (2) and an end insulation (3). The coil windings (2) are wound on the teeth of the stator core (1). The stator core (1) is composed of three core single bodies (4) which are put together by their lateral grooves (5) and bosses (6). Each core single body (4) is wound with one phase of the coil windings. Each core single body (4) occupies a mechanical angle of 120 degree. The phase to phase insulation effect of the stator structure is improved. The torque ripple and the structure noise of the three-phase motor are reduced by providing the end insulation for fixing the stator core and for a special purpose of threading.
