PURPOSE: An alkaline water generating container, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to generate alkaline water by the matter property of an inner coating layer of a porcelain, and to prevent the cracking by a uniform inside coating. CONSTITUTION: An alkaline water generating container includes a body(10), a glaze layer(20), and an inner coating layer(30). A manufacturing method of the alkaline water generating container comprises the following steps: forming the body by kneading soil with water; forming patterns on the outer surface of the body; spreading glaze on the other surface; spraying a coating agent to the inner surface of the body and drying; inserting the body inside a furnace with the temperature of 1,270~1,300 deg C, and oxidize-plasticizing for 3~4 hours.
