<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL (Electroluminescence) device, which can perform high-luminance lighting with high current density while suppressing generation of heat spot, and is reduced in layer thickness with a simplified structure. <P>SOLUTION: The organic EL device 1 includes an ITO substrate 10; an organic EL element 40 disposed on the ITO substrate 10 and having an anode layer 12 and a cathode layer 14; an adhesive layer 16 disposed to cover the organic EL element 40; a sealing substrate 17 sealing the organic EL element 40 through the adhesive layer 16; a heat equalizing plate 18 having a groove 8a and a groove 8b and disposed on the sealing substrate 17; an insulating elastic body 28a disposed within the groove 8a and having, in an upper portion, a metal plate 34 to be connected to the anode layer 12; a conductive or insulating elastic body 28b disposed within the groove 8b and having, in an upper portion, a metal plate 36 to be connected to the cathode layer 14; and a body substrate 22 disposed on the heat equalizing plate 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
