<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a torque shock acting on a drive shaft by an accelerator operation to request acceleration when torque from the rotary shaft of a motor is not output to the drive shaft in the case of performing the down-shift of a shift means. <P>SOLUTION: When it is determined that the down-shift of a transmission 61 is operated, the rotary shaft of a motor 42 is set so as to be rotatable independently of a drive shaft for performing the down-shift of the transmission 61, and synchronous rotation processing to synchronize the number of rotation of the motor 42 with the necessary number of rotation after shift-down is performed (time t2 to t3).
