<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for selling over-the-counter medicines using the Internet, which responds to consumers' needs and can avoid risks, in consideration of convenience of mail order sale using the Internet or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for selling over-the-counter medicines using a communication medium, a mail-order company divides the whole of country into several areas and selects one or more pharmacies or medicine distribution traders for each area when selling over-the-counter medicines as articles via communication media. In accordance with contracts between them, the mail-order company asks a pharmacy or a medicine distribution trader to make a pharmacist or a registered sales person belonging to the pharmacy or the medicine distribution trader visit a customer and perform face to face selling of an article ordered by the customer and pays an allowance for the visit and selling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
