<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible ink composition whose fluidity is easily controlled, thereby preventing unevenness and cissing during printing, without changing largely the constitution of the whole composition. <P>SOLUTION: The edible ink composition comprises 15 to 30 wt.% of a polyester compound (A) for an edible ink binder having a carboxyl group, 5 to 20 wt.% of an edible colorant (B), and 30 to 65 wt.% of an edible solvent (C).
