摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a system which predict the amount of power generation of solar power generation and prevent fluctuations in the amount of power generation of the solar power generation from affecting an electric power system. <P>SOLUTION: The solar power generation condition prediction apparatus 10 includes a power generation capacity DB 31 which stores identification information of a region sectioned in advance and equipment information on solar power generation equipment in the region in association with each other, receives solar radiation amount data in a region sectioned in advance in each predetermined period of time, and receives weather data from a weather server 103 transmitting the weather data by weather observation. On the basis of the received solar radiation amount data and the received weather data, a solar radiation amount per a given period of time for each region sectioned in advance is estimated. The amount of power generation of the solar power generation for each region sectioned in advance is calculated through the estimated solar radiation amount on the basis of the power generation capacity DB 31.
