<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: when an IC tag is in contact with an antenna section of a reader/writer device, communication may be impossible due to a dielectric of the antenna section, and processing of the IC tag, increase in output of the reader/writer and change in a material of a cover of the antenna section of the reader/writer for the purpose of communication in a contacting condition do not easily satisfy the terms and conditions including strength, workability, environment responsibility, radiowave interference and so on. <P>SOLUTION: By providing a cover of the antenna section of the reader/writer device with smaller projections and depressions than the IC tag, a contact area between the IC tag and the cover of the antenna section is reduced. In other words, a wavelength reduction effect for a wireless signal of the IC tag and the reader/writer device is reduced and a shift of a resonant frequency is limited.
