<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular arm component such as a vehicular pedal arm which is excellent in product quality including appearance, rapidly formed, excellent in the yield of materials, and favorable for the cost, and does not generate any abnormal noise during the use, and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In a body part H of the vehicular arm component, a pair of half-split members 2a, 2b having flat plate parts 11a, 11b, side plate parts 12a, 12b, and flange parts 13a, 13b are symmetrically assembled to form the vehicular arm component with the flange parts 13a, 13b being abutted on each other.
