PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation shutting-off structure of sill packing capable of blocking a ventilation part formed in a packing material and a clearance between a continuous footing and a sill without fail to prevent air from intruding into it and form satisfactory airtightness even when laying the sill packing provided with the ventilation part. SOLUTION: This ventilation shutting-off structure of the sill packing employs a technical means constituted by a combination of the packing material 2 being a floor plate member provided between the sill in a building and a crest of the continuous footing, having the predetermined thickness, and having a plurality of through-holes 21, 21, ... ventilating between the outdoor side and an underfloor part of the building in the direction of width and a soft stopping material 1 formed by a plurality of protruding pieces like comb teeth 11, 11, ... being compression-elastically deformable and insertable into the through-holes 21, 21, ... in the packing material 2 by a connection belt part 12 integrally and being made of foam resin.
